Model Technology's ModelSim Achieves Verilog/Mixed HDL Sign-Off at austriamicrosystems

WILSONVILLE, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2002--Model Technology(TM), a Mentor Graphics company, today announced that its ModelSim® hardware description language (HDL) simulation tool has achieved Verilog/mixed HDL sign-off quality at austriamicrosystems, one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of highly integrated mixed-signal semiconductors.

ModelSim can now be used in all CMOS, BiCMOS and SiGe-BiCMOS processes. Customers are able to design and simulate in their design language of choice (Verilog, VHDL or a mixed HDL) throughout all levels of abstraction, from high-level behavioral through gate-level.
